Northern Counties Health Care announced plans for the Caplan’s Building in November 2022. Following a complete renovation, Northern Express Care – St. Johnsbury will relocate to the building during the summer of 2023.

Caplan’s Building Plans:
NCHC strives to honor the history of the building and is working to keep as much of the building’s aesthetic as possible. We also plan to honor Gary Ely for his long-time commitment to the Caplan’s Army Store, the building, and the community.
