Our new portal is now LIVE! Follow the link below to sign up for the AthenaOne Portal for NCHC.
AthenaOne Portal is a way that you can stay informed, communicate, be engaged in your health care.
You can sign up from the Northern Counties Health Care web site, under portal signup or with help from your Primary Care clinic staff at your appointment. You will need to create an account with Athenahealth.
What care a Portal Help With?
- Appointments:
- Find upcoming appointments
- Recommended appointments
- Past appointments
- Complete required paperwork ahead of your visit
- Messages:
- Look at portal messages that have gone back and forth between you and your clinic staff
- Compose a non-urgent messages to the clinic that might be a medical question, appointment or scheduling, prescriptions and refills, billing and payments, insurance or other. These messages will be answered within two business days.
