Want to be healthier and feel better? Explore our free workshops designed to provide you with the support and tools to improve your health.
Northern Counties Health Care, in partnership with Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, offers free classes to get you moving in the right direction towards a healthier lifestyle.
With classes to help you quit smoking, make better eating choices, and manage stress, you will learn skills and gain confidence to manage your family, work, and medical conditions. We are ready to help you find the class that is right – select the class name to learn more:
Chronic Disease Management
Chronic Pain Management
High Blood Pressure Management
Not sure what to expect?
Through participation in a small group, you will learn a process for setting goals each week and solving some of the problems you experience. Each class allows you to “tailor” the program to your own needs. You will take an active role in learning self-management. You will try new ideas, listen to others and share your progress with the group. People who have participated in our workshops became more active and report better health, less fatigue, and overall better well-being.

While every workshop is different, all of them are designed to make you feel right at home. Together, in a small group, you get help setting goals that feel right for you and support from each other.
