Get ready for a full month of chances to win! Each day in May features a unique, themed gift basket—generously put together by our team and community supporters.

Place your orders online:
Tickets are $5.00 per basket entry
Tickets must be purchased by April 30th
Each ticket gives you one chance to win the basket of your choice—so the more tickets you enter for a basket, the better your odds!
 
Winner Information
If you are a lucky winner, your basket will be ready for pick up at Caledonia Home Health and Hospice. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at checkout.
