Jay Dege, MD received his degree in medicine from the University of Minnesota and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Eastern Maine Medical Center. He has lived in Vermont since 2002 working both in Primary Care with Northern Counties Health Care and in Emergency Medicine at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital and Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH. His main focus in Primary Care is in fostering and supporting healthy lifestyles, using preventative medicine to maximize quality of life, and supporting those with illness in a collaborative fashion between the patient, his/her primary care team, and specialist care as needed.
