Dr. Chloe Tartaglia received her BA from Naropa University, her medical degree from Medical College of Wisconsin and served her residency with the University of Hawaii on O’ahu. She is board certified in Family Medicine. Prior to her medical training, Chloe worked as a birth doula, a death doula and as a yoga and meditation instructor. She is returning to full-spectrum primary care after 7 years of practicing Geriatrics and End of Life Care. Her experiences as a Hospice physician and as a primary care physician for elders, brought into sharp focus the importance of providing nurturing support for patients, their families and their care providers during the transition to end of life. Chloe lives in Elmore with her husband and daughter.
