Elaine was raised in Glover, Vermont and graduated from Westbrook College in Portland Maine in 1985. She worked for St. Johnsbury Dental Associates for 12 years and began working for Northern Counties Health Care in 1997 at the Island Pond Health and Dental Center. She also works as a Tooth Tutor for the North Country Supervisory Union where she has served Brighton, Charleston, Coventry, and Holland schools for the past nine years. She currently lives in Westmore and has two grown children.
