This is one of a network of six rural health centers serving the residents of the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We are uniquely privileged to offer sliding scale fees for medical, lab, pharmacy and dental services, thus providing affordable care to a vibrant rural community. Our associated hospital practice is based in Newport, Vermont, with a collegial and well-trained medical staff. In addition, the individual must be a graduate of an accredited NP or PA program, and licensed or able to be licensed in VT. A minimum of one year experience in a similar setting preferred, although new graduates will be considered.
