Our Reduced Fee Prescription Drug Program.....
- Northern Counties Health Care, Inc., offers reduced prices on
many prescription drugs for all health center patients regardless
of location, income or family size.
- To use this benefit:
- You must be an active patient at one of our health centers.
(Active patients are those who have been treated at one of
our health centers within the last three years.)
- The drug must be part of our formulary.
- The prescription drug must be ordered by one of our medical or dental clinicians.
- The prescription must be filled at our Island Pond Dispensary
(802-723-4300) for Island Pond Health Center patients and at Gauthier's
Pharmacy (802-748-3122) in St. Johnsbury for patients at all of
our other locations.
- Gauthier's Pharmacy Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Saturday 9:00AM - 3:00PM
Closed on Sunday
- Those patients enrolled in our sliding scale
program may also qualify for further reductions in the price
of selected prescription drugs.
- Remember that the health center staff needs advance notice for
ordering prescription refills.

and provide more details.
