NCHC Health Centers in Island Pond, Concord, St. Johnsbury,
Danville, and Hardwick serve residents of all towns in the Northeast
Kingdom, and may accept patients from areas and towns which border
the Northeast Kingdom if provider availability is sufficient. Residents
of shaded towns who meet specific income guidelines are eligible for
a Sliding Fee Schedule. Individual health
centers may limit their service areas to towns surrounding their facility
to accommodate hospital admission patterns and to ensure sufficient
provider availability for patients in the immediate area.
